NEW CASA's goal is to stabilize communities by helping low and moderate-income homebuyers purchase homes they can move into and enjoy at prices they can afford.
NEW purchases abandoned and foreclosed properties in our community, makes repairs and improvements and puts them on the market in move-in ready condition. Committed to being as environmentally friendly as possible, NEW is improving every house. Just imagine. New flooring. Fresh paint inside and out. Remodeled kitchens with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Even landscaping to enhance “curb appeal” and brighten the neighborhood.
